Recognised as a leader in their field, our client is seeking a Head of HR to join their organisation.  As the Head of HR you will work across a number of sites and be part of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the effective implementation of the HR strategy.  The organisation is a prestigious brand in a stage of growth, both organically and through acquisition and therefore HR has been identified as an integral part of the organisation in achieving these goals. Within the role you lead a small team to provide HR grit to a number of sectors in the organisation.

As the ideal candidate you will have a track record of operating in a highly complex dynamic and creative environment where you have had to provide both strategic and operational support to a business.  You will be a creative / forward thinking individual who is able to understand how short term decisions impact the long term goals of the organisation.
