We are delighted to be partnering with a leading consumer brand to recruit a commercially aware Head of HR Services within their Global HR department based in Germany. This role will partner with the Senior Leadership team and will lead/manage a team.
This role sits across HR services and Facility services. It is an exciting, rare opportunity to develop and maintain responsibility for Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Facility Management and Master Data Management. You will identify how the department / departments can provide the best customer experience and lead appropriately approved changes in ways of working. As well as reviewing the ways of working, they will rely on you to manage, develop and lead the current operational teams to deliver high quality advice and support and a HR operations service that is both effective and compliant.
To succeed, you’ll be a well seasoned Head of HR Services whose focus is on delivery, often under tight timelines, and taking a pragmatic approach to getting things done. Coupled with a resilient and tenacious ‘can-do’ approach who will continually seek out improvements.
Overall, you will need to be a self-motivated individual with the ability to build a team and manage a variety of stakeholders.
This role would suit somebody who has worked in Germany or is happy to relocate to Germany as prior experience with Works Councils is essential.
