We are currently working with a fantastic international brand to help them recruit a new HR Director.
This established business has a strong employer brand, is growing year on year and has the desire to develop further into new markets.
They are looking for an experienced HR generalist that has had exposure to all areas of the HR professional‘s portfolio. Particular areas of interest from the client will be around the development of a first class reward structure, development of employee engagement and employer brand strategies and the ability to build excellent talent structures.
You will need to be able to evidence a clear background in managing a high performing team, working as a part of a multi-disciplinary leadership group and the ability to take something and make it better.
This is an exciting opportunity at an interesting point in the development of the business.
