Our client, a leading Professional Services organisation has an immediate requirement for an Interim HR Shared Services Consultant. Within the role you will partner with the HR Director and be responsible for implementing the vision and target operating model for HR shared services, focusing on the transfer of activities to Head Office.

You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to maximise engagement with the business and ensure the effective implementation and delivery of the HR service.

As part of the role you will:

  • Be responsible for the end to end HR process, with the aim to standardise and harmonise this across the organisation
  • Implement the company’s delivery model for agreed HR Processes, including sourcing decisions, SLAs.
  • Work in partnership with the HR Business Partners to ensure the effective delivery of the transactional elements of HR

As the ideal candidate you will have:

  • Experience of implementing a HR Shared Services Strategy
  • Project management experience; Prince2 or similar qualification is required
  • Experience of operating with a complex matrix led organisation
  • Extensive experience of utilising a range of HR systems
