We are delighted to be partnering with a leading Media company to hire their Learning Partner to focus on the EMEA region.
Working closely with the HRD and the business leaders this role will develop the Learning strategy across the region. The role will design and execute the organisational development needs through the initiatives the role holder identifies.
The Learning Partner will form part of a small team and candidates must be comfortable with the strategic design as well as the hands on execution of the plans.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a creative industry. Candidates who have worked in large and smaller organisation will fit in well with the culture of our clients and ideally you will have worked within companies going through a period of change.
